3. Quotes & Consultations
All quotes provided by Big Pig Smart Lighting are free and non-binding until a service agreement is signed. We aim to be transparent with pricing, timelines, and expectations—because surprises belong in your lighting patterns, not your invoice.
4. Service Terms
When you book with us, we’ll provide:
A customized lighting plan based on your property and goals
Professional installation by trained lighting experts
A walkthrough of your app and control features
Ongoing support for questions or troubleshooting
Please ensure someone 18+ is present during installation.
5. Payments & Cancellations
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
- We accept all major payment methods and aim to keep things as smooth as our lighting tracks.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
All installations come with a manufacturer’s warranty for system components. We’ll also clearly explain any maintenance tips you need to keep your lights looking their best. Damage caused by misuse or external interference (storms, pests, etc.) may not be covered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, copy, and designs—is the property of Big Pig Smart Lighting. Please don’t copy, distribute, or republish anything without our written permission.
8. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any information you provide (such as your name, contact info, or lighting preferences) is only used to deliver better service and won’t be sold or shared with third parties without your consent. For more, check our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to ensure everything runs smoothly—but we’re not liable for:
